Multi-media Production

Why a CD?

If you need to distribute training remotely, or if people are not able to attend courses, then a CD may be the answer. CDs can be cheaply distributed and using the material does not rely on web access. CD material can also be permanently installed for future reference and is easily up dateable.

You can also used CD material as part of your course preparation. Perhaps you want the group to start at the same level of understanding, or perhaps you want information about existing knowledge levels. Sending out a CD beforehand can help with course focus and give your training as better start.

However, CDs can be set up to email material anywhere e.g. test section results, so you can have the best of both worlds.

Or, you may want to use a CD for your own courses, as part of your own material. And perhaps you want more flexibility than Power Point!

But I can do that myself! Of course you can, if you have the time. CD material design and production takes focused time and not many Trainers have this! However, we would be happy to train you to use our authoring package, if that will meet your needs.

So what is
on offer?

1. Your training material designed by Trainers and not multi-media studios.
2. Flexibility of up dating.
3. Designed to your requirements only.
4. Budget friendly!
5 .Material produced to meet SCORM specification.
6. Web delivery a possibility.

But it must be expensive!

No, just horrendously affordable!

CD production has a high up-front cost and a low delivery cost. Therefore, the greater the number of users, the less it costs. CDs can cost somewhere between £500 and £100,000. We hasten to add that we can be very competitive here! Just ask.

Factors influencing costs are:
•  Availability of content material
• Graphics
• Video with custom shooting / actors
• Complexity of programme
