WashBox is a realistic management simulation for management training, development, assessment and recruitment.

The simulation is based on a small manufacturing company and contains all the information that would be typically available in this size of organisation. Users are required to make decisions and plans to move the company forward.

It is available in the following formats:

PC/Laptop - 1 or 2 hour versions
Paper based
Web based

These are timed versions of the simulation. Each programme automaticlly shuts down at the end. The content of these is identical.

Note all dates are dynamic and relate to the day of use.

Computer platforms: XP, Vista, Windows 7

The 1 hour version enables the making of notes and the copying of material from the programme. Typical applications of this would include assessment, with the requirement to give a presentation concerning actions to be taken and possibly a writen report as well. This could also be used for small group working (3 people), with a laptop with a presentation. discussion option.

The 2 hour version allows:
Responses to emails, voicemails and mail, Diary entry, To do list, draft report.

A separate Review programme allows viewing of outputs and scoring against MSC Competencies,
